No, Indianapolis. Slang term from awhile back, popularized by the Indianapolis FM radio stations.
I've been to Nappanee, coincidentally, though it's a long way from the stomping grounds of my youth and young adulthood.
The northern half of the state was pretty much planed smooth by glaciers during the Ice Age, there is not much of note to the terrain there. Southern Indiana is more like the Ozarks where I live now, only more densely populated, by and large.
