5. xfundy - This has been my problem for some time. I know his talents but I have been scared to death

as how he would make use of them particularly when he was on drugs. He is GD genius when it comes to numbers. I'm dyslexic and can barely add two and two
 

Now I'm thinking WOW. But at 50 with a criminal background, it won't be easy but being genius and all, maybe he could find something.  Never say never.

9. He is not only my friend, he is my son. I face the reality of what his genius could do in the wrong hands. I bet Ben the Ponzi Schemer or Frank Abramof could have put him to good use. Maybe it is for the best his talent was never discovered. 

I shoulda knowed better ! Of course it's his kid.  All DUmmy kids are geniuses. :bs:

Something  tells me "genius" spent his time thinking up criminal schemes for easy money and now at 50 he's sh*t out of luck.   

I await the next report claiming genius to be disabled and filing for disability.

Ah. The DUmmie genius.

Once there were 3 DUmmies, naturally each was a genius, who decided to apply for a leadership position in a vote stealing organization. The was an interview for the position. The interviewer explained that in order out smart the conservatives the person who received the position needed to be very intelligent. To determine their intelligence he asked each a math problem. They were asked to give the result of 3 multiplied by 3.

The first DUmmie genius quickly answered "347." The second DUmmie genius quickly answered "Tuesday." The third DUmmie genius answered "9." The interviewer told the third DUmmie genius that it was correct and asked how it reached that answer. The third DUmmie genius answered that it was very simple. It had just subtracted "347" from "Tuesday."

My IQ is 165+, that is 35 points over the genius score of 130 on the WAIS test. Genius can be pretty meaningless when one factors in the reality of one's actions in how one lives. I squandered much of my life, and my brains really got in the way much of the time. I used "brilliance" as avoidance. A way of feeling unique. I, too, had to "bite the bullet," and start my life much later than many other people do.

If I were great at counting cards I would be in Vegas instead of typing. Being a "genius" does not mean one is "smart."

Saying you are a genius on a message board does not make it true.

......and generally have an IQ of about 40, that is if you add 20 to the final score. I doubt, from what I've read over at the DUmp, that the combined IQ from all DUmpster DIvers is 165!
