Christmas Shoes song sucks the big one...I mean come on--where else but in Appalachia are you going to find a kid like he describes in that song. It makes no sense for the current times. Had it been written 80 years ago: it would have made sense. Plus, what kid is in a shoe store when his mother is on her death bed?

Hate the John and Yoko song and that song they foist off as a christmas song about the two old loves coming together for a couple of drinks and discussing their lives to that point and then parting ways as the 'snow turns into rain'

The Hippopotamus song annoys me.
I can live with Santa Baby, but not Madonna's version--it's way over the top campy and cheap sounding compared to the original.
Best...I like just about any but I love Josh Groban's voice on the Christmas songs and I really love this Silent Night version by Mercy Me:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30o_QZnVBjAThere are so many others. I love the ones that were sung by Bing, Nat King Cole, etc. Those are the ones we listened to most when I was a kid along with some Mormon Tabernacle and some more classical version of the carols.
