This is so true. Really, the corporate power structure mirrors politics or vice versa. Those that can do, those that can't manage, and 'manage' they do not very well at all.
Sigh, this is the one reason, which lends to my being a conservative... with
a few non-conservative tendencies, 'double sigh'.

But I just
generally don't see big business, for which I work for, as any more effective than the government. At least once the bureaucracy reaches a certain size.
I've always been fascinated with Richard Branson's statements that he generally never allows any of his companies to grow over, 500 I think employees. As he finds, after around that many, the bureaucratic sludge starts to build up and wear the gears of efficiency down.
