2:00 a.m. — After a Charles Street traffic stop, Virginia M. Bates, 48, of 15095 Sebastian Court, 48315, Shelby Township, Mich. is charged with two counts of DWI.
2:42 a.m. — A D'Amours Avenue man has just been hit in the face.
9:33 a.m. — There is a complaint about loud music and singing from a church on Hanson Street. It is a group practicing the praising of the Lord for the 10 a.m. service. Police point out that these Christians have a permit to do so. Who the devil made a fuss is not revealed.
12:13 p.m. — There is a fist fight involving two gentlemen and three ladies on Lafayette Street.
1:58 p.m. — James Vigeant, 24, of 72 Elm St., Farmington is charged with forgery and drug possession; Jessica L. Mitchell, 18, a transient of Rochester, is charged with forgery.
4:16 p.m. — Jodi Morse, 34, of 32 Adams Ave. is charged with theft.
9:07 p.m. — Noise thunders from a South Main Street house where neighbors have some gall. A 52" flatscreen's nearly bounced right off the wall.
10:16 p.m. — On Chestnut Street, a couple yells, screams, bangs and throws stuff.
10:47 p.m. — Edward P. Gifford, 46, of 64 Crystal Springs MHP, Somersworth is charged with being a habitual offender
