Sigh. Drive-by posters like you are simply boring. You don't want discussion, you simply want to troll. There have been several attempts to discuss your ridiculous talking points with you, but you apparently don't have the interest or the time to actually get answers to your questions. Or is it that you don't like the answers you're getting?
Either way, it's boring.
White folk, black folk, brown folk. It's all folk. What's your point? Are you seeing some racist statements somewhere? Care to linky-dink some of that? Probably not, because that would take some effort on your part. Most of us fully realize that liberals like you are inherently lazy, elitist thugs who would rather troll around than have civil discourse.
But that's okay. I understand.
Some things just don't change.
Hey, here's an idea! Come on back when you can't stay so long!

You seem Ok, except for the part about my points being ridiculous, which pretty much ends a discussion. Civil or otherwise. And then there is the assumption that I am a liberal and therefore a lazy, elitist thug.
You are right about my not liking the answers that I get. They are mostly the rhetoric of sabotage, but there are a few points that I'll circle back to and work out a bit, before I end this trolling excursion. A term that confuses me, since it implies that I'll be moving on shortly. Probably true since I'm not really fitting in all that well, am I? Sort of self fulfilling don't you think?
And by the way, are my "talking points" ridiculous and beneath you contemplation or somehow just not easy.
.......................
I know (having just now checked out your website and a few none political posts) that I was right in my gut response to you as a person. (See first three words of this post) I would probably like you. Maybe jam with you a bit if my banjo worked with an euphonium, but my posts were the best effort of somebody who feels just as strongly about what they perceive to be right and good, as anybody else here. One thing that the Bush years did for me was make it clear that I had to stand up and protect that "rightness". I am also grateful to George W. Bush for making it possible for me to help elect someone I admire to lead the country. I didn't think I would get to relax about who was president ever again, that the whole thing was going to hell in a hand basket (sound familiar). It's not the politics but the man I admire. Politics is a pretty lousy business. Political thinking is, in my mind, a form of brain damage. I trust Barack Obama to do his best. And my sensibilities align closely with his. So, I defend him.
What I am addressing in my "ridiculous talking points" is dishonesty, unthinking rhetoric, lust for power, false religion, lack of compassion, self serving ideology, hegemony of the rich and powerful, racism, deliberate incitement to civil war, etc. And I don't just mean the American versions of these (just to short circuit the love it or leave nonsense), it's a worldwide plague.
I'm sorry if you're bored but I've got work to do.
