Oh my.

Ms. Ed, the unappellated eohippus, who's getting burned on a bonfire she started yesterday, about medical treatment of women (that's on another thread here; at its original site, it's grown by leaps and bounds, and not necessarily the ways the nonmonickered equine hoped it would).

Cheney was in Dallas today for an "undisclosed reason"

Musharref has a cousin (who is also a General in his army) that lives in the Dallas area--(Plano). He also has cousins that live in East Texas and does visit occasionally.

Any connection?

3. Why is this man allowed to conduct the nation's business in relative secrecy?

Why does no one follow him around, or force him to account for how he spends his days?

7. So far I haven't seen anything about his "secret" visit

I just looked at the Dallas Morning News and nary a word.

As usual, my shameless plug for new members; I don't think the primitives lurking here are aware there's a "shout box," in which primitives are talked about.  Only registered members can see this "shout box," not "guests."

The VP is in Texas gathering support and $$$ for the Republicans.

He left Dallas and is in Midland (my hometown) this evening.

He'll probably stop by and pay his respects to Jenna Welch (W's MiL) and Don Evans W's first Commerce Secretary who also live there.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Frank,  Just want you to know my old nickname when I played baseball was Mr. Ed.  I, in no way, want to be associated with that looney tune.

Ahhh and a quick look at www.dod.mil reveals that the VP was at Ft. Hood welcoming home 1st Cav Troops.

No wonder the Dummies are pissed he's out and about.

Actually, the name Ms. Ed comes from the fact that the eohippus is nonmonickered, and so I gave her an appellation.

The name's based upon some half-hour comedy show on television--Demonic Underwear assures me it's from the early 1960s--Mr. Ed the Talking Horse.

Among her other distinctions, besides being the High Priestess of Moloch to the primitives--Ms. Ed hates infants--the unappellated eohippus is allegedly the lowest-paid R.N. (registered nurse) in America, allegedly being paid only $24,000 per year (based upon her own statement that her health insurance premiums of $500 per month are "25%" of her income).

There's no way, Taxman, sir, you'd even be connected in the remotest way with this horse's ass.

Frank, I know you were not aiming that nickname at me.  I should have put a  :-) at the end of my post.  My team mates gave me the nickname due to certain attributes of a stallion.   :-)
