I don't know about whether or not Loss Prevention whipped this guy's dairy-air (oooh, that IS a good pun), but I'm willing to bet that they kicked his can right out of there.

They also put a lockdown on the chocolate sprinkles and the maraschino cherries.

They couldn't save the ice cream, though. It had already been skimmed off the top.
