Oh my.

First, ghosts in elevators, and now, an exploding melon.

A huge honeydew melon exploded on the dining room table last night.

This was one of the largest melons I've ever bought. I only got it a couple days ago so I was a little shocked. My wife and kids were eating icecream and I went to pick up the melon to move it and BOOM! It blew a hole out one side and spewed seeds and liquid all over the table - flooded it and dripped onto the floor. It was not a pleasant cleanup. I've had them melt down before, but I've never had one explode before!

8. No, not at all.

I think the primitive was just stoned, and dropped it.

I was expecting someone to blame it on President Bush.  They're really slipping over there.

Damn, that explains ALOT.
“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”

The idiot primitive either bought a rotten melon, or its been sitting around for so long it went bad.

If they rot from the inside out, they may rupture - but of course, the primitive embellished a bit.

I once euthanized a ripe cantaloupe with my .220 Swift.
It was a spectacular sight.

Takes far more energy, but it does conserve ammo.
