For me, what it boiled down to was this:
I was ready to quit smoking. Ready, willing and able.
A lot of people who profess they want to quit and don't, really don't want to quit - they just want to play at quitting.
So, for whatever reason, whatever the time frame, whatever the circumstances, you have to ask yourself:
"Am I ready? Am I really ready to quit smoking?"
If the answer is yes, and it truly does have to be 'yes', then take the gloves off and do what has to be done.
Millions of people have quit - for good.
