Seems ok for now, but the schedules are tight with no more overtime. We often run short handed and it gets really tricky if someone is sick and can't work.
They are sending me to school on the weekends for some certification. I get paid for going and get a nice raise when I am done.
We had a couple people leave. One is going to have a baby and the other one moved. Plus we fired one, and transfered three out...so I am pretty safe.
But you never know.
