Ogler injured by high-kicking stripper's shoe
« on: January 23, 2009, 09:11:04 AM »
Quote
A strip club customer, who insists it was his first time in a sexy dance venue, is suing the management after getting hit in the face by an erotic dancer's flying shoe.

Yusuf Evans needed surgery to his nose after being whacked by the 1970s-style platform heel, after a "hazardous" high kick by a dancer named Tiara.

He now wants $25,000, or £18,000, in damages from the dancer and her employers at the XTC strip club in Akron, Ohio.

Evans, 37, claims this was the first time he had visited a strip club, and only went there to entertain a visiting cousin. ...

First time, visiting cousin ... yeah.  :whatever:

Well, I'll bet that injury hurt him down to his sole.

And what a heel the management is! Can't they see that he's a paying customer, up to and including taking one on the chin?

The defense may not have a leg to stand on.

You're right, the prosecution has legs, Evans is toast.

Yeah, he'd better nail it good. Don't wanna get the jury all hangnailed up on the case.

Man, what a whiner.  Most guys have to pay extra for that kind of treatment, where it's legal.

That wussy.

I would have asked for a couple of free lap dances and called it even.
