Ha! that was funny!
That's what she told me. The svc dept ****ed over new cars in Dec, by closing out a bunch of tickets to new car promotions. So it didn't hurt the new car bottom line (the new car manager didn't get ****ed on his pay), the service labor looked 3-4% higher than normal (making the svc manager look awesome), and then they noticed that new car promotions was $10,000 more than it's supposed to be. LOL!
She wasn't supposed to tell me this in the first place, that's how she got in trouble. LOL.
