First of all the NRA loves to talk about the "founding fathers" and the rights they gave us to own guns. I'm all for that right. I think every member of the NRA should be given a MUSKET, POWDER AND STEEL BALLS(to replace the ones they are missing :rofl: ). Those are the weapons the founding fathers were talking about. When they came up with this amendment it took 40 seconds to load a single ******* bullet let alone aim and fire.

So that pretty much takes the sails out of the "founding fathers" argument.

Now lets discuss "assault weapons". There is no reasonable need for an assault weapon. There is no need for you to own a weapon designed to kill many people fast.

Now there are people who want assault rifles. You know guys who, A. Need to supplement the size of their pecker or B. are such pussies that they can't hit their intended target with a single shot. But are the rewards really worth it? They make Viagra and Extenze for your dick and really if you can't shoot straight you shouldn't have a gun anyway.

You don't need that assault rifle. So quit saying that you do because all you are telling me is that you have a little dick and/or you can't shoot straight.

then move on to semi auto rifles. As of now I can still get drugs, I think they may be illegal. BANNED. How can such things happen?

Don`t think the founders had the notion of a right to privacy which allowed the slaughter of the unborn either.

At least at the time they had guns and would have called the other murder.

OK, then I guess government eavesdropping on cell phone conversations is fine with them since the founders obviously couldn't have foreseen wireless communications. How about hacking into someone's e-mail? It's not paper, so obviously isn't covered by the 4th Amendment, right DUmmie. Teh Stoopid is strong in this primitive.

They knew it was a losing position during the race so kept it quiet.  Now they think they have some power all they wanna talk about is banning guns.

They have no idea what the hell they are talking about when it comes to guns.  I have no idea why ANY gun owner, I don't care how hard core Demo they are, would EVER vote for a Democrat.

Do these ****ers not realize that in the pre-Revolutionary days, it was EXPECTED that some civilians would keep ARTILLERY available to fight battles on the frontier if needed?

I look at it this way--when my government gets bigger/nastier arms and uses them ON ME, a law-abiding citizen, I have every right to arm myself accordingly.  Deal with it.
