A "K a G and a B".  :evillaugh:
"When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that your society is doomed."

Is anyone keeping track of how many times Obama starts off his rebuttal rants with "Well, John McCain is right...."

He should just concede now. Giuliani was right...Obama just needs to ask McCain what to do to start with.

DU is, and they're not happy about it.

Anyone looking over at DU to see their reaction?   :lmao:

No. They're watching a different debate that we are. The one they're watching has "the one" winning.

Same with a couple other boards I'm watching.  With the left, it's how you say something that's more important than what you say.  They're buying Obama's smooth talking, or at least the reputation he has of being a smooth talker.  That reputation might be taking a hit tonight.
"To those who cite the First Amendment as reason for excluding God from more and more of our institutions and everyday life, may I just say: The First Amendment of the Constitution was not written to protect the people of this country from religious values; it was written to protect religious values from government tyranny."

Obama's about as smooth as a Detroit highway tonight.
This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.

Zero that I caught, but McCain did a fine job of saying "What Senator Obama doesn't understand is.."  At least 10 times.

"Senator Obama just doesn't understand....."

"There you go again....."

I knew he would find something to beat the kid up with and he certainly did.
My fellow Americans, there is nothing audacious about hope. Hope is what makes people buy lottery tickets instead of paying the bills. Hope is for the old gals feeding the slots in Atlantic City. It destroys the inner-city kid who quits school because he hopes he'll be a world-famous recording artist.

What's the difference between Sarah Palin and Barack Obama?

One is a well turned-out, good-looking, and let's be honest, pretty sexy piece of eye-candy.

The other kills her own food.
