The rapidity of the downhill course is increasing in speed. If you listen to this week’s use of language, phraseology, the nature of the attack on his perceived mortal enemies, there is a clearly increasing lack of inhibition. He is approaching asymptotically a line which he may suddenly cross “unexpectedly”.

Many years ago in New York City, he purchased and demolished the Bonwit Teller Building. This structure contained some stone frescoes which he promised to donate to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Of course, he had his men jackhammer them into oblivion. He has a need to destroy, to ruin, to defile, and likely, to kill. When I first heard of the fate of the East Wing I thought immediately of the Bonwit Teller fiasco.

If you awakened tomorrow morning and you heard that his latest proposal would be to demolish Hoover Dam for some utterly specious and insane reason, you should not be surprised. There is no limit: he is destroying the military (something I never thought could be possible), the nature of Washington, DC, healthcare and programs for children and underprivileged, and too many other things to list here. He and his henchmen are a wrecking crew -it’s like The Joker in Gotham City in the Batman films. Insanity prevails and is progressing at a startling rate which is increasing by the day.

And, like an abused family which has rationalized its abuser, we get up and go to work, send our kids to what’s left of the schools, and hope that things work out. You best better hope that there’s a Plan B somewhere, and I am not referring to the pharmaceutical. This next three months may determine the future of this once-great Nation.

After all, we are now essentially incapable of building another Hoover Dam or its equivalent in the manner in which it was conceived and constructed. The same goes for rural electrification, or any other national project such as the Interstate Highway System. We are on National Life Support right now. It’s a race against time.

The Replies to PCIntern are the drunken-pack-of chimpanzee howlings you would expect. Quite a few referenced the Trump-is-a-Russian-operative dogma, and one specifically referenced the mythic "Pee Tape". Not one of the 63 Repliers bothered to ask - let alone factcheck - whether PCIntern's claim wrt Hoover Dam is true. Unsurprisingly.
