Yar...  So this here "yachting enthusiast"...  not unlike meself, y'see?  This here "aquatic entrepreneur", he walks into a tavern, and he's got a wee little ship's wheel a-pokin' out his fly. 

The barkeep eyeballs him a bit while fetchin' his grog, and he asks "What be the purpose of the wee little ship's wheel a-pokin' out yer fly, Cap'n?"

The Cap'n takes a sip of his grog.  "Arrr.  It's drivin' me nuts!"
