One question I have is does the Ayatollah get any extra virgins or just the standard amount?

I'm not sure on the numbers. But, it looks like the virgin's gender and species are wide open.

In case you haven't seen it yet, the Washington Compost outdid their "austere scholar" praise for al-Baghdadi several years ago with this glowing obit for the Ayatollah:
