I’ve had a few employees through the years that tried that tactic. As a matter of fact in the last year I’ve had 3 make a threat to quit because they thought they had me over a barrel. They were unemployed that day. One of those is trying to hire back right now … I’m dragging my feet. I may let him come back but it won’t be at the rate he left at.
