Dummie is also a moron.   It could have been weather, either where he is or wherever their uplink is located.  It could have been an equipment failure such as DirecTV's local RF facility having a problem, or something driving their antenna off the spacecraft, or a TWT failing.  Nah, we'll go with it's somehow Trump's fault.

How could you be getting snow? Everyone knows that global warming has melted all snow and ice everywhere and turned Antarcitca into a tropical paradise. The only way you could be getting snow is if Trump himself put it there just to block your signal.
