I was pistol whipped last night and broke my nose.

At a pub last night. Another person who I did not know say at a table across from me out back ( in the smoking area). I assume we know a mutual person who apparently was lying about me. All the drama aside, we had an heated exchange of words. He pulled up his shirt, exposing his pistol. I yelled at him, asking if he was going to shoot me. I don't know how, but the next moment, I felt something extremely hard and heavy, lights out. My head and nose felt like one of those spring door stops. From what little I could see, there was blood everywhere.

Blood was still pouring from my nose when I went inside, everyone gasping and pointing, to ask the bartender to call 911. I went and sat down outside on the curb, and no one came out to help me. 20 minutes later, I went inside and asked if an ambulance was coming.

They hadn't called anyone!!

I started screaming at them to ****ing call 911, that a crime had been committed, and that I was in need of medical help. My nose was still dripping blood all over the place. I finally shamed them into calling the police which took a few minutes more!

So, they waited around 25 to 30 minutes before calling 911.

Can I sue the bar?

Edit: a cook was a witness.

The police came last night and I told them they had cameras. They didn't file a report! They were treating me like a suspect. I had to ask one cop to stop questioning me, and that I wanted to talk to the other one.

I talked to a very nice police officer this morning who confirmed that a report has not been filed, but that he was filling one and a detective will be calling me soon.

I call BS on this one. 

Come to think of it, why would he post after he got attacked.

I know. It is a lost cause. It is an exercise in futility.

DUmmies/leftists always exaggerate when they something happens to them. They make claims they get death threats or were tortured in jail.
