DUche Tobin that diet is bullshit. Go on the all you can drink beer and rum and coke diet. I know, it sounds crazy but my wife's mother's hairdresser's daughter in law has a friend from college that lost 200 pounds in 4 months. It's so simple even a DUmmy can follow it.
1. Wake up by 6:30 and pop three dark beers down your gullet before 8:00.
2. Have at least a six pack of pilsner by noon.
3. Here is the secret, pound down at least three rum and cokes by 3:00 in the afternoon. Don't use a lime as that screws everything in your metabolism off.
4. Between 3:00 and 6:00 get at least a blockhead under your belt.
5. After 6:00 go back to rum and cokes but during this phase use limes.
6. Make sure you "go to sleep" by 10:00.
You are going to be amazed at how much weight starts to fall off of you.
