While in the interim Trump has the nuclear codes and the Repukes have the legislative branch.

We are so f**ked.

25. I'm afraid that by any election coming up there will have been a nuclear winter

and there may only be a few thousand humans left.

Thanks, *Rump.

So much for you wanting the popular vote to count at that point I bet.

58. I'm afraid that well might be where we're headed. It will ratchet into some horrific event. At

minimal, most have no governmental experience for starters. I don't see that as a badge of honor, but rather one of incompetence.

Yeah,a First Lady running for Senate and a street thug from Chi town voting present for a few years is so much better.

46. No offense but there's a very good chance they won't allow another election.

They'll take the whole 9/11 gambit further and further to the point of marshal law or something like it and suspend or delay the vote, or use the scenario to limit who may vote.

If it weren`t for you meddling kids...

59. That might be, but the vote/die has been cast. Only an insurrection will change it now and I

doubt that is going to happen. Also, look at what happen to OWS. Also, consider this: "We've lost the Senate. We've lost the House. We've lost 935 state legislative seats since 2008, leaving 26 states fully under the control of the GOP -- meaning Republicans only need to consolidate power in a few more states to be able to amend the U.S. Constitution without Democratic input."

I bet there is a clue there waiting to be caught.

4. This pretty much sums it up.

I continue to feel despair (I know, "Despair is not an option''). There were several underlying reasons for my sadness in addition to the obvious points stated in the article: First, selfishly, I wanted to have a BREAK from worrying about the direction of my/our country and just enjoy some sanity and progress. I wanted NOT to worry about my kids and their future. Mostly, I don't quite trust us to mobilize and take America "back" from the evil that will lead us in January. I hope there are enough of us disgusted by what's happening right now. I said it in November, and I think it to this day as an older, white woman: Eventually, Millennials and people of color will save us from ourselves.

28. Yes, and I despair that I had foolishly dared to allow myself to *believe*--

not just hope, but actually BELIEVE--that we were almost *there,* almost home to that place where "Millenials and people of color will save us from ourselves." I am shocked at how far we have yet to go. I am already old, and had hoped to be able to enjoy the rest of my life with a little peace and security, but no, there are still many miles yet to walk and battles yet to fight. I know I have to wipe away my tears, shake off my despair, and rise up ready to fight. Again. But I am so weary. I had just wanted some peace and quiet.

Crybaby snowflakes and welfare rats to the rescue.

Or, at best, lying his showboating ass off? I've really lost faith in trusting my fellow citizens to do the right thing when the chips are down.

As it stands, there is a major shitstorm coming. Anyone who doesn't grasp that fact is delusional.

Because we are the normal ones and anyone reading your dreck comes to the conclusion you are the insane ones.

6. Perhaps it is because he is the most UNFIT person to even run, never mind WIN!

Reagan and Bush were offensive. This one seems downright destructive and dangerous, on a global scale.

So of course the despondency is deep and widespread!

His victory also signifies something terribly wrong with our culture.

It does and after 8 years we corrected it.

there is something else I feel, as a woman, that I didn't see mentioned in the snips posted here. I also despair that an unqualified sexual predator was "selected" over a highly qualified woman. That ****ing hurts DEEP. I hear, "Sit down. Shut up. Stay in your place. You are not good enough " The same things I'd heard all my life, but that I *believed* we were finally leaving in the past. I felt, and feel, slapped on the face, laughed at for having dared to hope, and shocked at how wrong I was about our social evolution. So, yeah, I am despondent about all the things mentioned in the article, and then, there's still another deeper layer of despair, of hopelessness and grief.

"It is understood that most Trump supporters are decent folks, many of whom have been left behind by changes in the global economy."

Understood by whom? I happen to know they are idiots. Every one of them I talked to are ignorant and stupid about politics and government in general, however they had plenty of warning from all sides of the media about trump and voted for him anyway. They gave up the moniker of "decent folks" when they did that and turned into accomplices of the destruction of our democracy. These decent folks comments make me sick.

From a website that has spent a month demanding a do over election,Obungles suspending the results etc.  :whatever:

39. "It is understood that most trump supporters are decent people"

That is understood by those who want to believe that BS. They are, by and large, racists with no feelings about anyone but the ascendancy of the white race and the subjugation of all who are not white....and racist. Make ameriKKKa great again.....yeah right!!!!!!!!!!! Oh I am troubled deeply by the hate that trumpfuhrer has released with his blessings. His whole campaign was down with the n***** and up with the whites. I am not fooled by this diversionary tactic of making trumpsupporters victims. Jerks need to get out there and get retrained and get their lazy asses off the couch watching foxsnooze lies. THEY ARE NOT DECENT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. THEY ARE ANIMALS.

Yet there have more assassinate Trump threats in a month then all of Barrys reign of error.

42. Why didn't Hillary tout her Democratic predecessors accomplishments?

Much much more than she did. In the debates it would d have been nice. At least TRY to counter all the disinformation. For the life of me I cannot understand this. Modesty? Envy?
Why not shout these stats out every chance any Dem news guest had all through the primaries but especially in the general. If the MSM refused to point these things out for fear of losing their precious horse race, why didn't every Dem in reach of a mic remind people over and over?

Because there are none to tout.

70. It's a horrible feeling--anger, sadness, disbelief, disappointment, confusion

Too many emotions to sift through...

First, did he actually win or was there vote tampering? We know there was indirect tampering through voter suppression--throwing millions off the rolls, closing polling locations, faulty equipment, etc. But the media isn't talking about that... They don`t want to look as openly stupid as you dolts

On the other hand, if the win was legit, WHY? ! How could so many people be so ****ing stupid? It's mind boggling! You have no mind to boggle.

I also feel so much anger towards the media, who failed us miserably and still isn't doing their ****ing jobs correctly. The mask slips as far as what you want the media to openly be.

I'm angry that elected dems aren't raising hell right now.

I'm angry with the BoBers who still don't seem to have a clue!

I'm angry about the unfair and unrepresentative electoral college system.

And I feel despair because it appears that there's no bar that trump can't cross. He can do whatever the **** he wants. There are no checks or balances. An unfit jackass is about to seal all of our fates. He has a pen and a phone.

Will the tears of joy ever cease!

It's the same pissing and moaning every time an election does not go their way. They change a couple of details and names but it's 2000 and 2004 all over again.

What I find funny (and sad at the same time) every time is the fact that the smartest people in the country can't even tell you what type of government we have.

Something else to cheer the libs up...

For whatever reasons, I'd saved this--I have no idea why--as the original was part of those six days here that evaporated.  It's an adaptation of something from the French Revolution, which the primitives seem to like so much, and I hope this cheers them up, lifts them out of their despair.

Citizens and citizenesses of the Republic!

The Insurrection has succeeded!  The Old Order is overthrown!  The Man has been brought low!

The Age of Aquarius, forty years during which time Democrats, liberals, primitives, and hippies dominated American politics, academia, media, popular culture, and entrenched governmental bureaucracies, is over!

The murderers of innocent children, the despoilers of traditional values, the looters of pocketbooks, the thieves of things not theirs, the givers-away of that which is not theirs to give, the sellers-out of their own country and people, have been scattered in panic and disarray!

It’s over!  It’s done with!  They’re history!

However!

However!

However!

Citizens and citizenesses, the Revolution itself has just gotten underway!

Until the Revolution is secured, the Revolution remains threatened by the possible recrudescence of these now-shattered forces of reaction and revenge!

Citizens and citizenesses, they must not be allowed to again implant their gangrenous values and failed policies amidst us!  To regain privileges they never deserved in the first place!  Driven out, they must stay driven out!

Citizens and citizenesses of the Republic, our vanquished overlords have always refused to reason, to compromise, to take the sentiments and feelings of decent and civilized people into consideration, when running roughshod over us!

Citizens and citizenesses, remember that to them, we were never anything more than cobblestones to be run over!

Citizens and citizenesses, they must be treated as the crude, barbaric, savage primitives they are!

The only reason they heed is fear, the only force they respect is Terror!

And so Terror must be applied!  Diligently and thoroughly!  Constantly and relentlessly!

Unceasingly!

Terror, and more Terror, and more again Terror!  Terror without waning, Terror without end!

apres moi, le deluge

Milo Yiannopoulos "It has been obvious since 2016 that Trump carries an anointing of some kind. My American friends, are you so blind to reason, and deaf to Heaven? Can he do all this, and cannot get a crown? This man is your King. Coronate him, and watch every devil shriek, and every demon howl."

I have to think when we closed the Insane Asylums this is what we unleashed!
"Liberalism is an essentially feminine, submissive world view. Perhaps a better adjective than feminine is infantile. It is the world view of men who do not have the moral toughness, the spiritual strength to stand up and do single combat with life, who cannot adjust to the reality that the world is not a huge, pink-and-blue, padded nursery in which the lions lie down with the lambs and everyone lives happily ever after."

And then something else for them to be a bit off about.  :-) Even if its fake I'm sure a few of the DUmpsters will be distraught.  :lmao:

Breaking News: Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is RESIGNING From The Post of Associate Justice of the Supreme Court!!!!

She said she will resign if Trump was elected President, and now when he got elected, and with a month until the inauguration, she will be resigning.

The Supreme Court is in recess for the summer, but Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg took some time to reflect on its future composition, which will chiefly depend on who is elected president in November. Asked on Thursday about the prospect of Donald Trump being handed the job of selecting the next crop of justices, she seemed uneasy at the thought.

15. This feels so accurate I'm not even sure how to respond, but

there is something else I feel, as a woman, that I didn't see mentioned in the snips posted here. I also despair that an unqualified sexual predator was "selected" over a highly qualified woman.

Hello all, this is Jukin's schadenboner here. Not only am I self aware but the LA times excerpts allowed me to grow arms, legs, toes, and fingers to be able to share my joy by keyboard to all decent and civilized people of the USA.

As my owner lives in the PRoC, I have applied for a drivers license and sent in my voter registration card. Things may change with an army of my sentient brothers here in the PRoC.

Every time a useless douchebag leftist cries a schadenboner gets its self awarness.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

But I thought you DUmmies, like all ultra- libs, LOVED sexual predators? You are, after all, the types who believe that pedophiles are misunderstood victims of society in need of our compassion and acceptance, virulently oppose any proposed laws intended to protect kids from predators, and believe that child molesters should be let off with a week of counseling and a month of probation and not spend a single second inside a prison cell. Then, of course, there's your fawning over BJ Bill.

I'm all for jukin's schadenboner staying way over yonder. Way, way over yonder. I'm sure when he discusses it most of the DUmp males and some of the females close their eyes and imagine the line from that timeless classic western: stand back while I whip this out.
