And what will you do if Donald Trump is the one whose economic plan drags your grandson into that abyss? Are you ready to own that?
After all, you will have made it happen.
BD, I’ve asked myself that question several times. I’ve finally come to the conclusion that my answer is yes.
Understand, Trump is not my “dream candidate†by a long shot; however, even Ronald Reagan didn’t start out as “Ronald Reagan†if you know what I mean.
Twenty years ago I would have said to vote third party or write someone in. It’ll show the two major parties that we’re not satisfied. It’s no longer twenty years ago. Right now ATTEMPTING to save the republic is more important than making a statement. Is Trump the one to do that? Probably not, but I do believe he is the lesser of two evils.
Here is my dilemma. I can vote for Gary Johnson, Donald Trump, or Hillary Clinton.
Gary Johnson: I disagree with Gary Johnson on as many points as I agree with him. Regardless, you and I both know that he’ll never win the election. I’d be surprised if half of the voters even know who he is.
Donald Trump: I’m not positive about him. Honestly, I’m a bit leery of him. I don’t think he’s going to do everything he says. I don’t think he even thinks he can do everything he says. He may be good for the nation or bad for the nation.
Hilary Clinton: She has shown through the years that she’d like nothing more than to rip the nation’s heart out and leave the republic dead on the floor. We don’t have enough people with backbones in congress to put up much of a road block.
So who should I vote for? The one that does not stand a chance of winning? The one that MAY make things worse? Or the one that will STRIVE to make things worse?
