My belief is that Hillary being president would be detrimental to the country. My belief is that candidate who has the only chance to prevent her becoming president is Trump. I'll be voting my beliefs. I'm sure I'll sleep okay.

I will say this. It's a while until the election. If anyone presents any other candidate between now and then who has a chance at preventing her from becoming president and can give evidence of that chance I'm more than opened to looking into said candidate.

I like most all of you guys so I'm trying to present my thoughts politely and respectively; however, if I am instead coming across as more pissy than usual it is because it's been a pissy week. I went to be on Sunday night with a 101 degree fever. Then I woke up Monday morning with a fever of 102.5 degrees and all of my joints aching. I had some work that just HAD to be done so I got dressed and took my temperature and all of my aches and pains into the south Georgia heat and humidity for some physical labor. I made it a little over two hours before I nearly collapsed. By Wednesday I had the temp down to 101.4 degrees so I went out again. Lasted about 5 hours. Finally on Thursday morning I only had to deal with a 99.5 degree temp so I worked in the heat and humidity about 7 hours. While all of this was going on my dsl modem decided to go union and work when it feels like it. Maybe this coming week will be less pissy and I can follow suit.

Voting republican won't change a thing. Think they'll really repeal Obamacare? End abortion? Build a wall? Lower the deficit? They wont. All of those are nothing but wedge issues and there are too many people with too many thumbs in the pie for anything to move in the right direction.

I have given up on this election. We are totally screwed no matter which one of those two is elected. The hope I am holding out is for the 2020 election. I firmly believe that either one will be a one-term president, and that in 2020 the opposite party will win in a landslide.

Yeah, Hillary can wreak a lot of havoc in four years, but a good Republican president can begin to repair the damage in two terms. JMHO

Is the Republican Party capable of producing such a president?

Here is my dilemma. I can vote for Gary Johnson, Donald Trump, or Hillary Clinton.

Gary Johnson: I disagree with Gary Johnson on as many points as I agree with him. Regardless, you and I both know that he’ll never win the election. I’d be surprised if half of the voters even know who he is.

I'd vote for Artie Johnson in this election.

Hopefully I'll have the modem situation resolved tomorrow. The current one now knows all the same words that I know and some select hand gestures.

What part of S. GA. I'm from the Savannah area and it's been brutal the past couple of weeks. Not much rain to cool it off either.

About a 45 or so minute drive from Savannah. Brutal is a very accurate word for the heat and humidity around here lately.
