In a conservative small town in Florida, my sister mailed in her absentee ballot. She received

a call from the elections clerk who indicated that her signature did not look like it did the last time she voted. She had a stroke and is disabled on one side of her body, so the instability of her movements will make all signatures vary. Does it ever stop?

How come you did not run over there was pitts ninja lawyers and fix the problem?

Dammit, no absentee ballot should be questioned. Even those written in Spanish and postmarked Ensenada should not be questioned. Nor should any sent from cemeteries.

"Damn it. I've been told by Karl Rove and George Bush to steal this election at all costs. To pull no punches in guaranteeing that no Democrats are allowed to vote in ANY way. Oh, look at this...an absentee ballot for a Democrat...well, what do you know. I'm under strict orders to ensure this vote doesn't get counted. And who's to stop me? No one can see what I'm doing. Know what I'm going to do with this ballot from a Democrat? You want to know what I'm going to do? I'm going to call up the voter and ask about the validity of the signature."

Translation for lurking DUmmies: if there were shenanigans, the ballot would be used for toilet paper. No such call would have been made.

This signature is intended to remind you that we are on conquered land.

It's a primary election. It's not a state election. democrats are in charge of the democrat primary.

Anyone who questioned the ballot is a democrat.

Probably a hillbot trying to disenfranchise a burnout.

So the first thing this DUmmie does is go find a computer, so he can bitch & whine.  Instead of helping his sister with her ballot.  What a loser.

An election official doing his/her job of preventing some impostor from disenfranchising his sister by voting fraudulently in her name? [scarcasm] I can see how that would be an outrage to share on DU. [scarcasm]

I've said it before and I know I will say it again and again. DUmmys really are proud to demonstrate their stupidity.....constantly.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
