Looks like he knows that his latest work is a flop and is trying to drum up some sympathy business.
That is most definitely what the Blob (My own nickname for Moore) is going for. He knows this latest crockumentary is going to be mercilessly crushed in the box office by 'Zoolander 2' and especially 'Deadpool' (I'll be going to a Thursday night screening of that as part of my birthday celebration), but wants to try and squeeze as much money out of it as possible, similar to the way he undoubtedly strains at the bottom of an almost- empty container of cookie dough ice cream to get the last remaining drops of it. So, he appealed to the sympathy of the two- dozen or so stoned college students who are all that's left of his fanbase anymore to try and get the word out.
Moore is such a hypocrite. He brags about how he doesn't own a single share of stock, while in real life, he owns several thousands of shares of stock, in many companies that his movies and books portray as evil incarnate, such as Halliburton and various pharmaceutical companies. Ironically enough, another company he owns stock in is McDonald's. I guess he figured it was time for his wanton gluttony to start paying off for him.
More to the point, Moore is simply a bad man. It's well known to any who take even a cursory look behind the scenes on his work that he relies on a lot of extremely dishonest and unethical tactics when making his films. Then, whenever anyone tries to call him out on these, he responds by openly accusing that person of being part of a conspiracy to discredit him headed by whatever person or industry was the villain of his most recent movie or book. He has slandered, stepped on, and stabbed in the back a lot of good, decent people who thought they could trust him, all for the sake of elevating his own ego and boosting his bank account. I'd imagine his film company isn't called "Dog Eat Dog Films" for nothing, it embodies his selfish, heartless philosophy on life.
If he kicks the lard bucket and dies, DUmmies will say it was because of mistreatment by evil reich-wing doctors.
No, don't be so naive!
They'll insist that he must have been poisoned by evil reich- wing assassins hired by some person or industry that was used as the boogeyman villain for one of Moore's past crockumentaries.
