Well, the thread is pretty telling on what actually happened.

The fat primitives were too fat to physically copulate.

The young primitives, the few there are, were too stoned to do it.

The old primitives may have actually done it, but fortunately for us instead of babies possibly coming out of their womb it's just dry old ghosts instead.

Since most in the DUmp are too old, too fat, too ugly, homosexual, or single living in mom's basement I doubt any kids were concieved during the shutdown.

Between so many being aged - some of them make me feel young - and so many others being averse to or incapable of (insert gay and STD jokes here) the kind of pairing necessary for baby making, probably few if any. They won't be enriching Planned Parenthood.
