I know BlueJazz has a picture, but I don't believe what the picture depicts is true. There has to be more to the story that will show that it isn't true or there is something about the comparison that is neither direct or honest.
Off the top of my head, I can think of three possibilities and a certainty:
1. The number of employees in the Aussie McD's (who may be hard working youths) may be less than in the American McD's (who may be lazy bums with a sense of entitlement). Fewer employees = lower cost per sammich.
2. Other operating costs may be lower in the Australian McD's. Lower overhead = lower cost per sammich.
3. The Big Mac is a loss leader at the Aussie McD's, but not at the US McD's.
4. The DUmmy is lying.
