Dynamite does not go BOOM.  It goes BANG!  Black powder, flash powder and other deflagrating compounds go BOOM.   If pitt wasn't such a maroon he would understand the difference between detonation and subsonic burning of powder.

The fraudsters got the personal information from some other source. It is akin to someone going through your trash to get your SSN and then filing a tax return or applying for credit cards using your information. The personal information was not lifted from Turbotax, but used on Turbotax.

Wouldn't surprise me at all. But honestly, we will never know about it unless a hacking group publicly dumps a bunch of data they mined from Heathcare.gov -

And why is that? Because Obama made it so they do not have to notify people if their information is compromised. Congress tried, but Obama refused.
