Can the fictional spirit-guardians ever get a promotion to fictional spirit-guides?
Very good question.
It is possible for a fictional spirit-guardian to advance to fictional spirit-guide, but it is both difficult and rare.
You’ve got to understand that the guardians essentially deal on just a physical level while the guides deal on a metaphysical level.
Let’s look at LWolf’s initial post concerning the indigo movie. She freaks out when she sees the “church†building. All the fictional spirit-guardian can do is just what she mentioned: hold her hand. The fictional spirit-guide, on the other hand, would approach things from a non-physical angle based on an analysis of the situation and past experience with the DUmmie mindset.
With this particular incident, if I had been assigned the case, I would probably analyze the situation this way…
The DUmmie (<-an important point to note) freaks out when she sees a building that looks like a church. I would conclude that she is scared that the building could be a real church. If it is a real church she may encounter good, decent, and normal individuals. An encounter with good, decent, and normal individuals (especially without proper preparation by her Democrat handlers) could, at least in her mind, adversely affect her Dem programming. She is terrified that such adversity could cause her to be exiled from the Dem plantation of group-think.
I would mentally assure her that just because it looks like a church doesn’t mean that it is a real church, and that even it turned out to be a real church she wouldn’t get kicked from the Dem plantation unless she herself began acting good, decent, and normal.
Then, if I were in a pissy mood, I'd tell her, "but cabbage you've got to watch out for because it'll get you."
I think that's the first time since I started this BS that I've figured a way to work 'metaphysical' into a conversation.
