If Democratic candidates ran on progressive ideas on a consistent basis...

they would win more elections over time than lose. Yes, in individual elections or cycles, they would lose here and there, but over time, they would win more because their ideas would resonate with the people.

For example, if Grimes actually ran against big coal and laid out a vision for a new future for KY free of depending on coal jobs, that would resonate with that 18-22 year old who wants a future other than working in a coal mine.

Why do you think you lost in november DUmmie? BTW, Grimes was a total moron.

If Progressives showed their true colors and ran on what they REALLY believe in...they'd be the permanent minority in politics in the U.S. for the rest of time.
The libs/dems of today are the Quislings of former years. The cowards who would vote a fraud into office in exchange for handouts from the devil.

Yeah, cuz union coal miners in KY are going to happily skip off to the voting booth and vote themselves out of a job because they so love progressive ideals!

& Religious Conservatives will rush to vote for a party whose Far Left members think NAMBLA types are just "Practitioners of just another alternative lifestyle" and that they deserve "Special Rights & protections" like their GLAAD & GLBT cousins in the struggle.

Considering the fact that most of the DUmp denizens complain about not having enough money and everything costing too much, my guess would be better jobs and more affordable everything else.

Of course all their reprogressive ideas doesn't let that happen.

Little Mary Baby Fat told the citizens of her state that they were mysigonists and racists, there's precious little more "progressive" than that.  Care to tell me how that worked out for her, guttersnipe?

An inadvertent disclosure of the truth. Libs run on conservative positions to get elected.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

I, for one, strongly encourage this line of thinking.

Agreed -- it worked so well in Texas, Wisconsin and Louisiana the same thinking should be EVERYWHERE!
