Screw you, Paul Ryan and Republicans. How the HELL do these people ever get the Senior votes? Are some of us deaf, dumb, and blind to our own interests, and our children's and grand children's? Take your vouchers, savings plans, and private accounts, and put them where the sun doesn't shine

Well, let me break it down for you. As a woman of 66, you are approximately the same age as my mother. My mother doesn't TAKE MONEY FROM HER CHILDREN AND GRAND-CHILDREN. You may be a selfish scrunt, but most parents won't bankrupt their progeny in order to live high on the hog.

Take your vouchers, savings plans, and private accounts, and put them where the sun doesn't shine

Translation: "Screw personal responsibility! I needed money for dope!"

I don't think it is. Velveeta is a really soft processed cheese food and melts easy.  The government cheese is real cheese.

The canned meat is about as bad.  My ex-mother in law would get a bunch of that stuff donated to her, she would keep what she wanted and give the rest to us.

One of the items was a can of "government pork".   

When we opened it, about a third of it was lard we scrapped off the top, and the "meat" tasted like feet.

Pig's feet!  Still in the pen!  Still had some of the "pen" attached, if you know what I mean.

My Grandmother got some back in the late 70's when they were giving it away to senior citizens around here. That stuff was daggone good.
