A-LA-New Orleans and 300 drowned school buses and not a damn DUmmie driver in sight.
Once a year we get a good size register, with each month and pages of instructions from the Feds on what to do when the Nuke Plant blows up and all hell breaks out.
Now Jonny, do you really believe that the drivers will leave their family's and pets sitting atop the roof as the flood waters rise and they drive off to rescue strangers?
As far as the register is concerned, if read carefully it gives some all kinds of contradictory advice, on one page it says to close all windows and doors and stay inside. 6 or so pages later we are to stand out side at a bus stop to wait for a bus to pick us up and bring us to a safe area.
Then there are the tests done yearly by the plant and are useless. we receive notices that on such and such a day at such and such an hour that alarms will be tested. All over the place we have the towers with the sirens to give us a heads up.
So far for years we in the area up to a mile of the plant hear just a burp if that, we are totally unprepared for any kind of problem be it ship yard fire, earth quake, blizzard, tornado or hurricane.
