Thanks to many heart felt comments in public and private, I'm over it. I am sorry for the trouble I put everybody through. 

I have a sporting event tonight. NU on TV tomorrow, Packers Sunday, etc.

We have a lot to talk about when I get time to put a lot of stuff into a post in the next few days. It will take some time to put it all together just right.

No, he isn't.

And the rest of him's of Polish and Irish derivation.

He's about as "Native American" as franksolich is.

Well, the big guy didn't watch Nebraska football after all; he's been posting on Skins's island all afternoon.

Of course, part of it might be that Nebraska, after jumping out in front of Wisconsin 17-3, is now behind near the end of the fourth quarter, 188-17, or something like that.

The Huskers were edged 59-24. It's like the mirror image of the 70-point Tom Osborne teams.

Nebraska used to run up scores mercilessly, but tried to be good hosts.

It's the only major college stadium I've seen where the home team sideline squints into the afternoon sun, while the visiting team and the pressbox have the sun at their backs.
