Sorry, DUmmy. Maybe in 500 years you can rewrite history, but in the current actual world, Reagan closed out the Cold War by burying the Soviet Union in bankruptcy. To the victors go the spoils; you should know that, seeing as how you all seem to put 0chuckles himself on the trigger in bin Laden's bedroom.

Obama is doing his best to let Putin rebuild the Soviet Union at very little cost. If Obama has his way, the only superpowers left in the world will be China and Russia.

Kindda reminds me of a joke....racist maybe but that's OK because it's about 2 joooos.

The weak point of Russia is that Putin has set up a 'Strong man' state, where everything depends entirely on him and his popularity.  Medvedev was a just a functionary to keep Putin's seat warm, they are in for a drastic upheaval when he cashes in his chips and the kleptocrats try to grab all they can while the politicos wage war (Possibly even the shooting variety) on each other.
