Neighbor's tree branches rubbing on my house

Yeah I know I can legal cut them at my property line but I don't feel I should have to pay for it. Ever WORK a day in your life?

Anyone know what the owner's responsibility is here? The owner of YOUR house, which is you? Yes: quit being a faggot and trim the branches yourself, you lazy bum.

Being lazy isn't a crime, it's a personality flaw. But here come the judicial remedies:

6. Do you know the Small Claims limit in your jurisdiction? The small claim would be for him to claim his nuts from the government and do it himself

If the cost is above that, you may have to send a demand letter to your neighbor and then hire an attorney to follow through if you don't come to terms. Either way, I'd get an estimate. Your chances improve if you can establish the trees pose a risk of structural damage. Or he could be a man and trim a tree.

What assholes.

In post #9, the DUmmtard gets around to mentioning he never has said a word about it to the neighbor.  Man, do I hate idiots like that.

The majority of liberals I've been exposed to in my life were not fond of power tools- chainsaws in particular.

My neighbors don't seem to mind that I keep their bordering brushes looking tidy.

DUmmie wants to murder CO2 absorbing greenery.....solution.....kill the DUmmie and destroy his house.

Hey, it sounds like the perfect democrat government solution to me.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

Depending on the branch diameter, the offending limbs can easily be removed with either a shotgun or appropriate hunting rifle.

If the neighbor doesn't get the hint after that then a few gallons of odorless 30% H2O2 on the root system will help things along.
