5. I think the reason this guy is not dead is because he got away on the day he murdered those two state troopers and the day he was caught, he not not engage the troopers in a gunfight. He did not aim eitger weapon at the cops. Had he done so, he might not be alive today.

What article states that he was armed? I'm dying to see it.
Frein was arrested Thursday evening by U.S. marshals in an abandoned airplane hangar Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains. A law enforcement source told CBS News that Frein was carrying a handgun and a sniper rifle at the time, and gave up without a fight. The leftists would be screaming bloody murder [no pun] and the cold blooded murder of a suspect.
