Unfortunately, we have to admit that the Republican part is absolutely genius.
Not only have they convinced half of the population to vote against their own self interests, but have also convinced their Democratic opponents to run against their own President and even agree that his policies have failed. Amazing work by Fox News and the Supreme Court's bias toward corporations.
Has ANY Democrat even pointed to Obama's record of lowering the deficit, reducing unemployment, record high stock markets, 15 million more people insured, keeping us out of war when it would have been so easy to get into another one? .....Anything?
The only reason Dems run from the President's record is because the corporate media told them to for the past 6 years.
This country is in SERIOUS trouble.

American politics is like Pavlov's lab, the variables are controlled. The dog can no longer search for sustenance, range and a pack with which to roam.
It is not genius. It is contempt. Pavlov was in search of knowledge. The Oligarchs are in search of power.
They use genius. They demonize their opposition and gain the complicity of a cowed and beaten electorate.

5. I sure wouldn't want to share a foxhole with some of these whimps.
I really don't comprehend what they stand for. I can only surmise that they want to get on the government dole and ingrate themselves to some major corporations to ensure they get a multimillion dollar lobbyist job when they decide to "spend more time with their family." They sure as hell don't even back their own party's philosophy.
I am starting to wonder about many on this board who can find nothing positive to say about Obama's successes in the face of the obstructionism that he faced, not to mention the outright racism of the Republicans. It seems to me that they have, to certain extent, bought the MSM propaganda campaign that wouldn't acknowledge any of his success.

Obama is blamed for everything the Republicans screwed up.
Unless we get that damned ear splitting, 24 hour megaphone away from the Republicans, Democrats will become the party of history while Republicans delightedly drive our country into third world status.
The next two years might just be worth living for...
