How many people know that the Red Bull stunt in which the guy jumped from the stratosphere was in fact to test a new space suit that might one day save people's lives in space by allowing them to jump from the stratosphere and onto earth's soil?
I don't know that's true. But if it is, how's that a bad thing?
I know, the idiot is trying to say that people don't know that, but only remember the emblem on the suit. But what an immature way to view the situation.
It broke my wife's heart a couple weeks ago when one of her friend told her that her son had been throwing away his telescope because he never thought he'd be able to get a job in space.
"... her son had been throwing away his telescope..."
What's this? He kept throwing it away and it magically jumped back into his possession, so he had to throw it away again and again?
If he can do that, he's got a job waiting that's much more impressive and lucrative than space travel.
This primitive sounds like someone who wants to express opinions but is afraid of them being attacked, so he posts what his "wife" said and now anything negative someone says is an attack on his wife. Either that or he can correct himself by saying "Yeah, that's what she said, but I told her blah, blah, blah...." and cover his bases.
