For a few weeks, most of the Democratic organizers in Colorado who encountered James O’Keefe recognized and resisted the conservative provocateur’s attempts to bait them into endorsing voter fraud.

Yes yes yes... it is the fault of the evil right wing O'Keefe that those two innocent dem workers of Udall fell into this trap!

5. His videos are always HIGHLY EDITED and not worth butka...I wish DU would not post crap like this.......not from any Fox outlet that will distort and lie and cover.

The great thing is O'Keefe waits for them to claim it's all edited and taken out of context then releases the entire video- which always is worse...

14. I'm not certain the people on his tapes are who he says they are -Near as I can make out - Works for Progress is a clearinghouse to hire people to work for non-profits and political campaigns. So it's possible that the woman he was talking with may have been hired through Works for Progress, by not by Works for Progress. That's just my guess after playing with Google for a little - I could be totally off-base.

The twists they have to put themselves into to make it 'work' for them is unreal.

Did he not with some co-horts try to bug a sitting congresswoman's office or was it a senator to intimidate and was he not allowed leave the state where he was CONVICTED, which means he cannot vote in some states.
Was he not given jail time and a probation that he would not do this kind of crap?
Why hasn't the organizers in Colorado filed charges against this little dirt bag, I mean really why is he not in front of a judge to answer questions of this entrapment that HE is creating, there is a law on the books that says you cannot create a crime to justify a crime

James O’Keefe, the guerilla filmmaker who brought down the ACORN voter-registration fraudsters in 2010 and forced the resignation of NPR executives, politely disagrees. Today, he is releasing some new undercover footage that raises disturbing questions about ballot integrity in Colorado, the site of fiercely contested races for the U.S. Senate, the U.S. House, and the governorship.

When he raised the issue of filling out some of the unused ballots that are mailed to every household in the state this month, he was told by Meredith Hicks, the director of Work for Progress, a liberal group funded by Democratic Super PACS.: “That is not even like lying or something, if someone throws out a ballot, like if you want to fill it out you should do it.” She then brazenly offered O’Keefe, disguised as a middle-aged college instructor, a job with her group.
