let's check in

things here are so much better than they were six months ago. i have been a bit bad lately about remembering my meds, but i'm feeling pretty even overall. there's a lot of upheaval coming at work in about six weeks and i'm going to have to take on a lot more responsibility, so i'm starting to prepare myself for that.

still seeing my therapist and the marriage counselor and both are working out pretty well. my best friend will be in from germany on monday and i can hardly contain myself.

Whenever one of the nuthatch DUmmies posts one of these nut roll calls, I always hope to hear from some of the great nuts of the past, like poor stupid Beth, or LocoNuts, or Dennis the Menace, or bobbolink (who didn't realize she was crazy), but they continue to stay away.

All we get is hypochondriac Big Mo, who's crazy as a bedbug but not as entertaining as those icons.

not feeling like feeding the trolls today. but getting a lot of support in my travails.

I sure hope those damn trolls don't cause Big Mo to slow down her posting.

She's not as good as the top nuts, but her dozens of imagined afflictions and the descriptions of her vacant lot pesthole are better than most of the drivel at today's DUmp.

8. she is doing fine so far.

no idea how long it takes to spread. she has a few new lumps, but they seem to be checked by treatment with antihistamine. which sounds weird but is apparently how it all works.
ex is refusing to pay for her care, but should have a hearing on this soon. got a new lawyer.
now just have to get the big boys some new hips and all will be good.
argh.
then if the city would back off my farm, all will be good.

I thought it had come out that bobolink was actually a college student trolling DU and similar places in order gain insight on lunatics and idiots for a term paper or thesis. Maybe I'm wrong.

lots of people in my life need those patented lounge vibes

 my fil is in the hospital with a blood clot in his lung (mil was in the hospital last week). one of my friends is mourning the loss of a good friend to suicide, another is mourning the loss of the kitty she'd had for nearly 20 years and a third friend is dealing with some painful medical issues.
 
i feel so helpless right now because so many people i love are hurting right now and any good thoughts would be appreciated
