Gaffe-loving Vice President Joe Biden picked the wrong former Republican senator to praise at a Democratic women's luncheon on Friday.


Bemoaning the demise of reasonable GOP dealmakers in Congress, Biden cited former Sen. Bob Packwood (Ore.), who resigned in 1995 after 19 women accused him of making unwanted sexual advances toward them. It didn't help that he made the reference at the Democratic National Committee's Women's Leadership Forum.

This week Biden referred to Asia as "the Orient", referred to bankers as "Shylocks" and strayed on the issue of ground troops.

Most of those things are missteps only in the world of moonbats, but I cannot conceive of an educated man who would not recognize a reference to "Shylocks" as an insult to Jewish people.

The DUmmies can turn on you in a heartbeat.  I remember them just loving old Joe to death, especially that "dreamy smile."  How he's gotten away with all the dumb things he's said over the years (and the plagairism scandal) is beyond me.

Funny thing is, Slow Joe seems to be polling pretty competitively against Messalina Agrippina with the actual Dem voters, who know full well he is a total stooge, in spite of Hitlery being touted constantly and relentlessly by the press organs as the unquestioned heir. 

I'm beginning to think there are more reservations about her among the Dems than the MSM and the pundits want to acknowledge.

This is so funny, for some reason I LIKE old Joe, he is the only politition that does not scare me half to death.

Just musing about  here but far as I know OLD JOE  is clean, and funny as heck.

     

One thing for sure, I never have to worry about harm coming to Obama from any segment of society, even ISIS knows better then to try something that would put Old Joe at the head of State.

So many wierd thoughts of how OLD JOE would handle todays problems were he President.

Bingo! BHO has such a massive inferiority complex that he cannot staff his MALAdministration with people who are as smart/capable - or more so - as he is.

I will disagree with you somewhat, though. I think VPs Cheney, Quayle, and G. H. W. Bush would have done well enough had they had to step in for their Presidents. For that matter, the same could be said of Mondale, Ford, Agnew, Humphrey, LBJ, ... . Biden and AlGore seem to be somewhat exceptional in recent VP history in their stupidity.
