No. They're no less self-obsessed than they ever were, and as vain as ever, eaten up with curiosity about what we say about them...however, their craziest posters, so well known to us, get progressively more insane over the years (The nature of their mental disease, one supposes). Yet, their bannage and time-out rules have become more aggressively used against each other in their little internecine spats, so a lot of their prize loonies are off the DU map, and so not tracking or being tracked here until they come back.
There are also some differences among the groups. The merely-political wack-jobs like Pitt are quite vain and have to see what others say about them anywhere. The feminazis (Aside from the gun-hating ones like Jugs) and the prancers, while no less vain, are much more absorbed in their own cliques and starting shit on DU itself, and pay little attention to what anyone elsewhere has to say about them because they really hate stepping out of the echo chamber without their support groups. Of late, the feminazis have dominated DU to the point that it has suppressed the other forms of insanity and sucked all the oxygen out of their little room.
