Chris Matthews Chides MSNBC Guest for Not Agreeing With Him on Burger King Move
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/08/28/chris-matthews-chides-msnbc-guest-for-not-agreeing-with-him-on-burger-king-move/

Quote
Things didn’t go as planned on MSNBC’s “Hardball” Wednesday when host Chris Matthews tried to drum up anger over Burger King’s recently announced move from the U.S. to Canada.

Matthews happens to be a fan of Burger King’s burgers, declaring them “the best burger there is.” The host even dedicated his signature closing segment, “Let Me Finish,” to his love of Burger King’s food. (See below.)

Asking former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown about “this stinking idea, to sneak out of the United States, sell as many hamburgers as you can here and skip your responsibilities to the American people,” Brown’s response came up far short of what Matthews clearly was hoping for.

Chris Matthews cannot handle disagreement in his PMSNBC Echo Chamber.  :mental:

The let's motto should be "We are Borg"

So what the heck is wrong with anyone avoiding taxes or at least looking for ways to keep the tax man legally from demanding the gold fillings in your teeth

Taxes, the very reason we fought a bloody war not that long ago in world history.  I have no problem paying taxes but I moved into a State that has no sales tax except on cooked food [?]  odd that one.      Every year I have to register my cars, pay town taxes on my home

---Pisses me off I have an extra $1000 thrown in there to help out the schools somewhere upstate, but, this  was the selling point to bring in the lottery to my state years ago.

No more  towns that need to feed off other towns that for their wants and desires. So they said. A lottery will help the children they said, Yah right, 20 years later I still have to pay big money to help the children in some unknown place while the kids in my town have to have fund raisers to keep the sports team in uniforms.

My kids do not have state of the art swimming pools and  first class schools but I still pay for others kids to have much more then mine and the Education the kids get is lousy in all schools.

So where is the lottery over flow the parents were promised by voting in the lottery ??? Where are the promised extra handicap buses and well educated teachers, doctors and nurses for the children that need them the most ?

Back to Taxes on those that bust their chops to build a business and a future for their family.   As long as the business pays its workers the State minimum wage it is up to the worker to decide if they want to work for that company.  No health insurance,  no 401K, no over time work, why blame the company, we all have a choice in life and if for some reason you cannot be hired by anyone else, Thank God this company will take you on.

So the Company decides to move to another state, a non union state or even out of the country, up to you to either leave the company or follow it, uproot and make a new life.  Your life your decision, has nothing to do with your work place, this is your problem to face the company has nothing to do with the choices you make in life.

If Willie Brown is less Left than you............. :o
“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”

My thought exactly!
If The Vaccine is deadly as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, millions now living would have died.
