Actually, ISIS rose to power because our JV Commander-in-Chief pulled all forces out of Iraq, creating a vacuum of power, which ISIS promptly assumed.

ISIS originated in Syria where Obama helped to create a power vacuum and a destabilized moderate government. It's All Obama's Fault.

Bush did not pursue regime change in Syria - the birthplace of ISIS. Bush did not promote "Arab Spring" - which later blossomed into "Islamist Summer". - that would be your guy, Obama.

They have nearly wiped Jugs Brown off the front page.
