Sex acts on Provincetown beaches prompt outrage

Frisky sun worshipers are flocking to have sex on the beach in Provincetown - but are sending horrified family vacationers packing, officals said.

Angry Cape Cod National Seashore officials said they are cracking down on public sex acts along the picturesque shoreline after the number of citations for public sex acts more than tripled, from an average of 40 to 132 last year.

“This is not what we’re interested in seeing,” said George Price, Superintendent of the National Seashore. “Over the last couple of years, public (sex) acts like this have been viewed by visitors.”

Price said officials are baffled as to why the vacation mecca has suddenly become a hotbed of public sex for randy exhibitionists.

“Laws and enforcement have not changed - it just seems to be something that some people decided we want to see,” Price said.

Provincetown has long been a haven for homosexual depravity......I'm surprised that it has taken this long for complaints to arise, since it has been so well known in most parts of New England, that most ordinary folks with families avoid the area, like the plague.....but this couple is from Jersey, so I guess they didn't do their homework....

I cannot take my daughter to two of the parks down by the river because its overrun with homosexuals half of which are junkies to boot.  Its a real shame as she loves exploring the area.

We have to stick to the areas that the urban outdoorsmen like (even they don't to to the homosexuals areas) but at least they're generally peaceful.

It got out of hand inOmaha were Gays were activly caught in the city parks by enough people the cops had to patrol just the parks to keep things safe for everyone. I remember one story about a family having walked through a park near the South Omaha Bridge area and stumbled upon two guys doing it right on the trail.Yeah the straights do it,I have too but like someone says if the cops don't patrol the area someone is going to take advantage of it. The CLAIM was made the homosexuals just want to **** all over the place willy nilly and shove it in your face everywhere.  All I did was point out that Heterosexuals are just as responsible for public acts of sex as well, of which we've had multpile people come forth and confirm.

I'd disagree, I grew up on the Cape and lived there until about 4 yrs ago and PTown has always been a huge attraction.  Half the thrill for tourists is seeing the colorful but "clean" crossdressers and fruits (for lack of a better word).  I have taken my own kids there and recommend it for anyone looking to see something a little out of the ordinary in one of the most beautiful setting imaginable.

As for the fools ruining it for everyone else they should charged and punished like any other pervert and I hope the local cops can get it back under control.
