Should stealing cheap cigars from a convenience store result in the death penalty?

That's essentially what the Ferguson PD is trying to say by releasing the video of the alleged robbery.

Who cares if an unarmed teenager* was shot and killed, he stole cheap cigars from a convenience store!

Really? Is this where we are in America?

An alleged robbery should result in the death penalty with no trial?

*a "teenager" who apparently was much larger and stronger than most adult males.

A whole lot of primitive blather on the thread.

he should not have been executed for it.

The primitives aren't going to pay any attention to franksolich, but anyway, life is full of risks, and the risks of something "bad" happening greatly increase if one's up to mischief.

Sometimes the penalty's greater than the crime, but that's a risk one takes when one's up to no good.

If po' lil Treyvon had been polite, rather than rude, to George, he probably would've graduated from high school with honors this year, and a full-ride scholarship to some prestigious college, where ostensibly he was headed.

There's risks involved in all actions of one's life, but the perils are greater if one's being an ass.

He was just robbing a convenience store, for goodness sake! Leave him alone!

This idiot reminds me of the pinhead who ran into traffic on a racetrack last weekend.

When he ends up predictably dead, it's someone else's fault, and the 0bamaite parents start looking for an easy buck.

Poor innocent li'l Trayvon's shyster parents are still soliciting donations.

The guy was 18 years old. That means that 18 years and 1 month ago almost all of the DUmp would have been in favor of giving him the death penalty.

If you punch a cop and try to take his weapon, the outcome is pretty predictable.  :hammer:

I don't know who is the originator of the quote, but I believe I first saw it here at the Cave: if you play stupid games you when stupid prizes.

Really dummie?  Strong armed robbery is a misdemeanor? In most states it is not.  If the pavement ape would have given up, then it might be considered shoplifting. From the video I saw, that looked like strong armed robbery. A felony in most states.

Let me put it in terms you can understand dummy:

I come to your house. I snatch your street meds and start to walk out the door. You see me, don't like it and confront me. I threaten to beat the shit out of you. Now do you consider that a misdemeanor?

We both know the answer to that.

28-324. Robbery; penalty.
(1) A person commits robbery if, with the intent to steal, he forcibly and by violence, or by putting in fear, takes from the person of another any money or personal property of any value whatever.
(2) Robbery is a Class II felony.

Assault on an officer in the third degree; penalty.
(1) A person commits the offense of assault on an officer in the third degree if he or she intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly causes bodily injury to a peace officer, a probation officer, or an employee of the Department of Correctional Services while such officer or employee is engaged in the performance of his or her official duties.
(2) Assault on an officer in the third degree shall be a Class IIIA felony.

They know all of this. But they chose a side and they're going to stick with it. I've never met a liberal that would admit he/she was wrong about anything on any level.

This dead 0bamaite had never watched the Chris Rock video on how to not get your ass kicked by the po-lice.

Rule #1: STFU!!

Countless dead 0bamaites would still be committing felonies if they had just followed that first rule.

Michael Brown assaulted someone at the store and assaulted the police officer.

DUmmies are stoooooopid!

They are trying to equate this thug being killed a rabid dog for attacking a cop and claiming he was executed for stealing the cigars.

That is just like they still say that Clinton was impeached for using Monica as a humidor for his cigar.

Another quote that would have saved this thug is from Agent J in Men In Black...."Don't start nothing, won't be nothing."
