Scuba's Premise Takes A Dive
« on: August 11, 2014, 09:58:48 PM »

Primative Scuba has a big hate on for America and lashes out in an OP complete with graphic meant to insite.  Somewhere along the way several DUmmies point out the folly of his ways.

Dang they are a stupid lot.

3. From what I've read, the Native Americans were mostly wiped out by a plague of small pox.

Spaniards brought it over and it destroyed the population of natives, possibly as much as 90%.

Taking everything else away from the survivors was simple after that. Without that plague, I don't think Europeans would ahve had such an easy time trying to take the land away.

There was a fairly advanced very large civilization on the North American continent prior to the small pox plague.

WRONG.

Facts are provided, but really, facts? What use are those to a DUmmy?

14. Are you suggesting that the European

explorers intentionally infected the natives?

22. wouldn't surprise me if they did

every other type of eradication was practiced by the European and the transplants on the Native American(s). That's all the proof or facts I need.

Proof?? Facts?? Heck no we got unsubstantiated opinions. We don't need no stinkin facts!!

I hate when that happens.

27. Look up the timeline on 'germ theory'.

The proof and facts are that no one even knew how disease spread at the time the first Europeans arrived. Now a couple of hundred years later, yes, there was likely some deliberate germ warfare perpetrated. But it couldn't have taken place with the first few rounds of Conquistadors.

Well, there's nothing stopping the Scuba primitive from taking his real-estate, if he has any, and finding a Native American to give it to, and then head back to Europe, or wherever his ancestors were from.

Asshole.

It's a predominant tenet of the primitives; since America's not 100% perfect, it's the worst, the most evil, country in the whole world.

What slays me is the way they glom on to the most ridiculous theories and hold on to them in the face of overwhelming proof.   Some of the posts on that thread are in direct contradiction to posts with absolute, irrefutable facts.  It makes no difference to these the self professed best and brightest of their generation.    :loser:

The belief that the USA is inherently evil is the basis for their belief that to make amends all is owed to them.

Haven't read very much about it, have ya?  Almost everything more severe than a cold killed proved deadly to the Indians, measles for instance.  Small pox was just one of a dozen diseases, most of which the Europeans had a whole lot more resistance against than the Indians did.

The Scuba primitive doesn't look like the sort of guy who's going to look around for a Native American so he can hand over his real-estate to him [or her] before heading back to Europe, or wherever the Scuba primitive's ancestors are from.

Yep. If it wasn't for the government giving them free shit, we wouldn't have dummies. Under the guise of caring for the poor, poor, pitiful poor, the dummies are actually caring about one thing and one thing only... their survival.
