No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

He was interviewed on Fox and they asked him about the Oooobama campaign attacking him for dressing down Clark. The Ooooobama campaign focused on Day's involvement with the Swift Boat Vets.

Col. Day talks about how McCain was in such bad shape when he crashed in Viet Nam and that they didn't think he would live long at all. He basically said that McCain was too tough to die and that they went on to become good friends.

He then said that Wesley Clark was attempting to propagandize and trivialize McCain's service and that he (Clark) beat a hasty retreat and did the smart thing when he put his foot in his mouth, he jerked it out.

He also said that the Swift Boat Vets were speaking the truth about Kerry and that Clark was full of it.

Colonel George "Bud" Day, USAF-Ret, Medal Of Honor Recipient

Obama and Clark can take that swiftboat shit, turn that bitch sideways, and stick it straight up their asses.  :censored:

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site
